I lost 18 inches and still ate pizza!

“When I started the 90 Day Health and Body Makeover back in December, I knew it was time to make a change in my life.I have been overweight for the majority of my life and was not satisfied with the life I was leading physically and emotionally.Now, 3 months later, I have lost 18 ½ inches and 3 % body fat. I never had to give up my favorite foods like pizza and chocolate, but I learned to balance what I was eating by planning my meals and adding cardio and resistance training. I am fitting into clothes I haven’t worn in months and it feels amazing. Beginning this process required me to look deeply into the reasoning behind my choices and made me take time to take care of myself. Success is no longer in the numbers, but in the feeling. It’s a complete transformation – body, mind and soul. I’ve also learned to take better care of me. You have become more that a physical trainer, but an emotional trainer as well. Helping me consider other avenues and ideas has help expand my mind and soul. My body is healthier as is my soul.”
