  6. Do you lack energy ?
  7. Do you think that getting to your goals is helpless ?
  8. Have you tried it all before and nothing works ?
  9. Do you own or use a Heart Rate Monitor or Pedometer ?
  10. Do you think the only way to get more fit is going to the gym?
